12-17 October Deydzhune (South Korea) held an annual international congress organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA). The members of these organizations include scientists of hundred institutions, agencies and companies from seventy countries.
At IAA Congress the International team of scientists who have achieved the greatest success, breakthroughs in the development of rocket and space technology are mentioned. Over the years the Congress was marked such international projects as: Shuttle, International Space Station "Mir".
In 2009 the Academy named the outstanding international team of the "Sea Launch" project.

Since 1995, the Yuzhmash company has assembled 30 Zenit-3SL launch vehicles operated in the space rocket complex Sea Launch designed for rapid and massive space launch of spacecrafts, that have national economic and scientific importance.

Zenit-3SL allows the fast launching of spacecrafts, and it is important for quick building, deploying, and filling the orbital constellation of spacecrafts for various applications.

Production of Zenit-3SL by Yuzhmash for the Sea Launch project initiated the Land Launch project and production of Zenit-3SLB launch vehicle.
