High pressure balloons
They provide the reliable storage of the gases under the operating pressure of 220 – 340 kgf/cm2, including under the cryogenic temperatures up to – 196oC, and aggressive liquids under the operating pressure 100 kgf/cm2.
The ball shaped (spherical) containers are manufactured using automatic argon arc welding and automatic welding with hollow cathode in vacuum of stamped semi-spheres from titanium alloys VYGS, VT14 stainless steel.
The advanced technological processes provide stably high quality and operational reliability of the spherical balloons from high-strength titanium alloys and stainless steel with thickness of 5 – 14 mm and diameter up to 650 mm.
