Windmill – Modern non-polluting source of the electric power obtaining.

Windmills can be set for local manufacture of the electric power, and also for creation wind-driven electric power stations.

The enterprise produces the lower and upper sections for windmills towers of two types WM-100 and WM-600. Towers for the wind turbine installation make of roll stock steel. Nominal capacity of WM-100 is 107,5 kw at wind speed of 15 m\s. Nominal capacity of WM-600 is 600 kw at wind speed of 12 m\s. Term of maintenance of WM not less than 20 years.

The plant has adjusted the production issue of the high-power installations (over 100 kw). The aeromechanical system of a frequency stabilization of the wind turbine rotation allows to maintain it in a broad band of wind speeds.

Windmills are intended for the electric power security of small plants and are applied in places where there is not a network energy.

Units to windmills of the electric power manufacture:

Towers up to 60 meters and weight up to 62 t.;

Nacelles and naves;

Lobes are manufactured from glass fibre plastics length - 23,3 m., breadth - 2,4 meters, weight 2,1 t.
